If you have any other dirt on your former employer then play it. Things like unpaid taxes including things like the following:
-avoiding taxes altogether
-withholding taxes from you or others and not paying to the tax office
-holding multiple apartments for the school's use in the names of othes to avoid paying higher taxes (this is what my former school does and admitted to me in the past)
Any other dirt you can find like illegal teachers, not paying into Pension if they were required to do so.
They can't cover up all of it if they've done any of these things or any other illegal activities. So, if you've got any dirt that will cost them more in fines than it will to pay you then give them the choice. If you pay me what is owed to me then I will not report the illegal activities in which you've been engaging. It will be much cheaper for you.
If they say no then take pleasure in costing them more money.
If you can't get what's owed then get even.
Cheers. |
