I don't believe many modern films can be compared to the great movie classics. I'll admit that the Die Hard and Matrix series have a place in cinema history, but comparing them to the likes of Gone With the Wind, Casablanca, The Wizard of Oz is simply laughable. Those series really haven't had a chance to stand the test of time and really should be considered films you should see before you die.

Here are the movies I haven't seen. Some of them are on my "mental list of movies to see." Some of these don't interest me and will never be viewed- I'm looking at you Akira Kurosawa.

I scrolled down and kept a mental count of the films I've seen. I counted 57 of them.

Seen about 60 of them. There's 10 or so more on the list I would really like to see. The rest I'm not really interested in.
It seems many people are confusing this with a '100 best' list. Which would explain why some movies like Die Hard, Animal House, and Fast Times made it and Gone With the Wind and Gandhi didn't.
