Try Holt Town in Ilsan. It's run by Holt Children's Services International. There are four or five (?) group houses for kids of different ages and one or two (?) group houses for adults. Most of the orphans who live there have physical and/or mental disabilities of varying severity. There's a really great gym, craft rooms, and a special education school there on the premises as well. I forget the number of the bus that goes there, unfortunately... all I remember is that I took it from outside the Holt main office at Hapchongdong, that it was a jwasok (sitting) bus, and that Holt Town was the last stop. Probably if you ask around there will be people in Ilsan who can give you better directions than that; Holt Town is a pretty large place. You could also try the Holt website for more info.
