Hi,
I have flat feet, not super flat, but flat enough. I used to have orthodics when I was younger and ran cross country, but I threw them out as I got older and having spent the last several years outside of the concrete jungle it hasn't bothered me. Welcome to Korea, walking on all these bricks and sidewalks and linoleum covered cement floors is killing me 3 months in. Just wondering if anyone knows of a podiatrist or equivalent who might be able to set me up. (English speaking preferred but not mandatory) I talked to my wrangler and she recommended the store bought inserts, (which I have and do make a difference), but I thought I might investigate a more thorough option. Thanks. |
