These videos are the best I found online. Very easy to follow.

You should learn just to make your life easier here in Korea.

Do yourself a favor and learn Korean. Even basic Korean is very useful and will make living in Korea a lot easier.

Just imagine trying to live in America without knowing any English. Pretty ridiculous, no?

Before I left Taiwan for here, I just bought a phrase book. Then I started to read signs on the highway where you need to be pretty quick to read.

Thanks a million. This is quite good. She says there are more lessons to come but it looks like she hasn't done anything since last summer.

I would agree with you if I could find more of her videos. I would say stick with mine. It goes really in depth and you'll learn a lot more. The speaker also has a hint of Strong Bad in his voice (or atleast I think so).

My recommendation-

sit on the subway for a few hours. Watch the station names in Hangeul and then English. I picked it up in a day.

That's how I learned, but I spent an hour or so learning the characters/alphabet.

One lap around line #2 and I could pretty much read a newspaper front to back.
