| I recently replied to a job in Yemen, and they quoted me (with my advanced degrees) a job for $600 a month. I guess if they can get people for that low, good for them. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw that quote in the email. |

What the hell would you want to go to Yemen for? |
If you study Arabic and have experience working in an Arabic speaking country, you have a hell of a lot more cash potential than Korea. I was considering the UAE. |

I can't wait to leave to be honest. It's only Tuesday and this week has already proved to be one of my worst so far. Nothing serious, just the typically egg-headed Korean nonsense that leaves you scratching your head in befuddlement from time to time. Compounded I should add by both a stinking cold and a 4000 word assignment deadline.
Still, roll on I suppose. |

I am aware of that fact. I am actually considering the UAE myself. However, Yemen doesn't sound like my cup of tea for whatever reason. |
