First vote returns in for Election 2012
(AP) Louisville, Ky. Early absentee ballots have been counted and can be announced. Obama is hanging on to his lead with 120,000,000 votes. Meanwhile, Sarah Palin has surged into second place with 1. Ron Paul headquarters is predicting a tidal wave.

No.
Neither will he drop marijuana down to Schedule 3 or 4.

Yes he will withdraw from Iraq.
But as far as the rest of this thread, the title, no.
Even if they want to they wont. Just look at another case:
The leader of Sudan has a warrant out for his arrest, and since the warrants issue he has travelled abroad 5 times.
No one is arresting him and no one will. The international court system in itself has no teeth unless military force is brought to bare. |
If you call leaving 50,000 troops in Iraq a withdrawal, then yes, he'll withdraw. |

If that advice is contrary to a ratified treaty and causes a crime to be committed against a Spanish citizen, then Judge Balthazar is quite right, and Mr. Feith is wrong. Extraterritorial jurisdiction can extend very far. |
