Okay for some reason your PC is actually using an external address. That's a bit of a weird setup.
You should go ahead and edit that out.

That is going to make networking your other device and your PC a pain in the neck.

I'm trying to picture what your network might look like and I think the xbox might be going through the voip..
I'm not familiar with what is on the xbox but is there a webbrowser on it?

The xbox is plugged into the VOIP gadget yeah. No browser.

I think they gave me a few IPs to fix my torrent issue.

Oh well, I do have the net in 2 rooms wired. That's not bad.

Thanks alot for the help

didn't say it was impossible..just a pain.. you'll probably have to throw a router in between the PC and the internet connection and then plug the other device into the router in order to network the PC and that.
Alternatively you could throw a second network card into the PC if that other device doesn't need internet access.

My school just set up internet for the monthly fee of 30.00 with KT Megapass..so that shouldn't do anything with my router should it. I have been able to do the DL and UpL and use my vonage phone with no problem..but moving into an apt with just the internet. CT never asked me if I wanted a package..just plain old internet.

With the prices being as low as they are for internet/voip phone packages, i'd say schools will being signing up more often now. The 2 together cost us less than our old internet. Plus they gave us 150.000 won in cash into our bank, and 3 months free.

Well it worked out to my advantage in the end having 2 independent net points.

I piggybacked a Linksys wireless router off the Voip device they put in the living room. Then I plugged in a USB wireless dongle to my PC in the office and networked it to Linksys. Then I plugged the 360 and my TVIX Media Player into the Linksys.

Now everything is connected to each other and I have a wireless network. I got the router and dongle free from friends. I'm streaming straight to the Xcanvas from my gigs of downloaded stuff, and my upload is fine because the main PC is the only device with a fat pipe all to its self

It forced me to learn a ton in the last week.

Very Happy
