I need to get some clear answers for some bank matters.... my experience with Woori's telephone help center has been poor, and the things I want to ask are too complicated for a phone call.
Anyone know of a Woori branch in Seoul that has a decent English speaker? |

Yes, but where do you live? I doubt you'll want to ride an hour up here if you live down in Gangnam. |

OP,
Woori has people in Seoul, that any branch can call, that can assist you in English. The branch at my school, whenever something needs to be taken care of, always calls the Seoul office and the lady, VERY POLITELY, guides the teller and myself through the process. See if you can get a sentence or two written in Korean that states you would like the teller to call the main office in order to have an English speaking representative assist you. |

There are two EXCELLENT English speakers in the gangnam (daechi_dong) district bank, both a man and a woman. They sit in the side area that handles all the bank transfers. The woman speaks great English, and the guy is more fluent in English than I am, and I'm a naturally born English speaker. First time I heard him speak, I was floored because I had only heard him speak Korean before. Both are also very helpful and very nice. |

The Woori bank at the Hyehwa Rotary has advertisements in English specifically for Filipinos due to the concentration of Filipinos in the area. |

The one in Jeju Island has one. You can fly there and back in less than a day. |
