I just found a great Mexican restaurant(well a stand) in
Ilsan. The prices are great and the food hits the spot...
Everything is under 4,ooo won. It's in La Festa, in front of
the New Balance shoe store. Subway orange line, 314 or 312
Jeongbalsan station. The place looks like a hole but the guy
can make a killer taco, because he worked in a Mexican rest. in
California. KING TACO

Why has Taco Bell not caught on here?
I'm almost curious enough to start a franchise.
Chik-fil-a, too. *drool*

Pancho's closed. We have Tom Taylor in Anyang,
but it's not 'authentic.'
I'm going to look for this place. Thanks for the tip.

Because it's disgusting? Mexican seems to becoming trendy here though. The last few times I've been to the Chili Chili place in Itaewon it's been packed with Koreans, and yesterday, it was so over crowded I pretty much vowed never to eat there again. ( they do take out too though)

Updates about the place. The barritos are 3,000 won and the beef and chicken tacos are 1,500 won. It's freaking cheap and it's so good. I have been eating it like a crazy man, I went there four days in a role now. Well any way I think I did my job letting you now about a great tasting Mexican food.

Is this place still there? Any other word on Mexican food in the western satelitte areas of Seoul? Places that are accesible during the week without having to go into the bowels of Seoul. It doesn't even have to be very good, just some sembelance of Mexican/Tex-Mex.

Taco bell is not Mexican food. It's shite.

I would kill for some real enchiladas with mole sauce! The enchiladas at El Paso on Jeju island only have a red sauce which is a little on the sweet side and they stuff 'em with handfuls of thick onions and mushrooms. Gross.

It was Wendy's. I would kill for a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, 5 piece chicken nuggets and a small fry! Mmmmm.... Or a single with cheese, spicy chicken, etc. etc. Nothing beats Wendy's back home as far as fast food goes.

Any chance of having sweet pickles and honey mustard with a sprinkling of corn. A nice chunk of pineapple will give it that "Well Being" quality.
