Anyone who actually believes in Astrology is a raving lunatic. An idiot. An absolute moron of the highest order. Unless they're completely uneducated, in which case I can be somewhat forgiving.

People who find it somewhat amusing, or don't believe in it but sometimes select certain passages of predictions they've read can be somewhat forgiven.

Oh yeah, and the next woman (and it always is) who starts a new topic of conversation with "Well, you're a Leo/Capricorn/Virgo/..., so YOU...." followed with some specious prediction about one's character or predelictions is going to get non-stop laugh-in-the-face mockery from me.

Pisces here!- Gentlemen, play nice ! Let's all have a little fun here! The pisces desciption is fairly accurate to myself, I guess. I am of the opinion that the astrological descriptions are intentionally vague or broad spectrum so anyone could possibly fit any signs' description.

Then you have an even broader time dependant calander - The Chinese calander. Everyone born within a particular year is described as having the same traits. also everyone born 12 years apart has the exact same personality traits.

I believe it is somewhat corny myself, but it holds more water than any religion on this rock. I am surprised at how many people really do believe in it. It also goes way deeper than just the 3-4 sentence definitions. There are some crazy library style unabridged dictionary type books on this subject. The book bindings are a foot + in depth!

It's no point in saying that because someone is a Sagittarian they will never be a faithful partner, or a Virgo is too frigid to get into bed.
That's very simplistic.
I've known plenty of Saggies who are full of wanderlust and ill-concern for long-term results. But I've also known others who are in it for the long-haul.
I've seen very cold Virgos as well one particular Virgo with a different partner, or two, every night.
I've known Aquarians who couldn't give a sh*t about the human race, Taureans with expansive open minds, Cancerians who didn't like their mothers, very quiet Geminis, scared Ariens, ugly Librans, short bald Lions, unsettled and flighty Capricorns, very friendly Scorpions, Pisceans who didn't like drugs and rock 'n roll ...

People's behavior is not explainable through such basic twelve labels.

At best, astrology is only useful for oneself to find the hidden drives or ideology you carry. But, at least find all your allignments at astro.com and combine these with your, so called, 'Chinese' year and element.

But, don't be judging people by their month of birth. People are unique. Find you love them (or not) for their own nature and how they affect you, not because of the label you have placed on them.

Funny thing is you can think of yourself of being all those sorts of things, becuase they're all human qualities that occur from time to time. Astrology is written so anyone can relate to it regardless of sign.

I read my Cancer and it totally describes my crab ass, but all the others describe me too depending on what time it is and what situations my life is dealing with or enjoying.

I'm a Leo (but according to the actual star alignment, a Cancer.
While I have some Leo characteristics, I suppose I fit better into the Cancer description. :/
While logically I know it's all fluff, I do enjoy reading my horoscope from time to time. I also like reading the messages in fortune cookies as well. I think it's comforting to think, from time to time, that the universe has some plan even if you know better.
