per the title. needs to be within walking distance of sinchon station.

I work near Sinchon, and when I was looking, I emailed a lot of people. The guy that was the most helpful was Mr. Kang.

I never met him or even looked at his apartments, but he always answered emails (took a day or so) and was really good about answering questions.

Have you considered asking your school or university to help you with housing? (assuming you're teaching/studying)

Also, do you have key money? I ended up living farther away since key money in Sinchon is so high. Just giving you a heads-up. 5 million won is the minimum there.

Remember, if you're getting an apartment on your own, there will be some hidden fees. Like paying for the real estate broker (usually 200-300) and apartment maintenance fees. Make sure to ask about these upfront.
