If you have an excuse to be on a university campus (e.g. you work there) with some foreign students, you could meet them there. Many of them will be from eastern Europe.
Barring that, check out a Seoul club on Facebook, like the Seoul Hiking club or something. |

Scottish girl, met my American husband in Tin Pan
Wouldn't recommend it though. It's usually a sleaze pit. |

What about at Costco? Or another place where foreigners like to shop?
I'll also echo Korean Friend Finder. good site.
In Hongdae you may also want to try going to Club FF/Gogo's, less sleazy than Tin Pan (and I've had success there too). and I guess OI bar is a new hotspot for foreigners. |

| Nah, a fair amount of us prefer the western girl. The thing is that these guys are often single as their are simply less girls for them. Western guys who like western women are everywhere. Try any of the places I mentioned before, and flirt strongly. Western guys here have been conditioned to not hit on girls too strongly, so if you hit on them you will probably win. Go for it. |

Where are the Western women? This is a serious observation.
In the country out in the provinces staying to themselves. Of course, you can get an eyeful in Itaewon as well. In fact, in my small town, there are like 5 women and 2 men, but the women stay to themselves as a snobby clique and don't associate with the men. Not sure if local Korean men are gunning for them, but they act on the defensive if you just say, "Hi," when you see one walking through town. Our county has like 14 women and 8 men, but only 4 of the women and 6 men showed up for a party everyone was invited to where 2 separate segregated cliquish groups formed, the men and the women. I didn't come to get lucky, but you never know if and when you're going to meet someone to be with. Falling in love is not something to hunt for and force like people do back home, it's an accident waiting to happen.
EPIK is getting lots of women going to the country to teach. They're not coming to date men or get pregnant or get married, they're coming for a career opportunity as single free individuals who love to travel. |

Just about every Sunday morning, there are pews full of lovelies at Seoul International Baptist Church in Hae Bong Cheong...plus, there's a nice military family with a "heart for teachers" who will invite you to their home for American food after the service!
Additionally, the book swap at the Wolfhound is on the second Sunday of each month at 2 p.m. is a great place to meet people. The women's book club that I belong to got it's start after some good conversations there.
Then, if you have any happily married friends, you should try asking them if they know any single women. Happiness can be contagious.
Good luck! |

Hey, if we're going to use this a personals ad..
I'll throw my hat into the proverbial ring why not?
but I will NOT call myself "cute", nor call any other man "cute" for that matter.
that said, I feel comfortable promising you won't give me the Incheon airport take a look and run away treatment and I'll be more than able to hold my own in a conversation.
feel free to pm me |

Is that today? Crap, haven't been to bed yet. This is something I've meant to go to for ages, but I never seem to make it. |

Not all of us have the 'fever. Some of us prefer Western girls because it's nice to not have to be constantly buying teddy bears and Hello Kitty stickers. |

My neighbor is a HK addict. When I go to her apartment, I have to remind myself she is only one year younger than me. |

I had a bad experience back in 2007. I overdosed on Hello Kitty and had to spend a week at Samsung Hospital in a special detox program. I was fed Pepero and that 2% peach flavored drink until I recovered. I was advised to stay away from Korean girls (pre-Adjumma stage) for at least six months.
A long road back, but I am proud to say that I've been Hello Kitty-free for over a year now. I got my one year coin and feel like I'm recovering nicely.. but it's one day at a time. God grant me the serenity...
My name is Brian and I am a Kitty-holic. |

you're forgetting about the obsessive/compulsive aspects of a "Korean" relationship like having to call her 5x a day (to say what to her I have NO idea) and of course, if you don't text her every 10 minutes you don't really like her. |
