Does anyone know the best way to get from Ilsan to Yongin? I'm not interested in a 240 hour subway ride..
Thanks! |

Have you tried the Hwajeong bus terminal?
I can't remember exactly where, but as far as the subway station is, its not far from McDonalds (around the corner I believe) |

I'm trying to use this, but it gives me no answers, as far as the rails, anyway. Is there really no train going from Ilsan to Gangwon-do? It is good for buses, though. |

Express bus is probably your best bet. |

There are only 3 buses a day from Ilsan's Hwajeong Terminal to Yongin. There is one around mid-day (12-1...I can't remember specifically)
Alternatively, you could take the 1000, 2000 or 1200 bus to Kwanghwamun and then walk along Chongro for about 10 minutes to a bus stop which is on the north side of Chongro (the road) between Chongkak and Chongro 3 ga. (Just keep walking until you start to see alot of jewelry shops. There are a few bus stops around there.) There you pick up 5000 or 5005 bus to Yongin. It takes about one and a half to two hours this way. |
