Some people say change the locks and leave all her stuff outside. That is the last thing you want to do.

She can go to your work and absolutely embarrass you. Either by talking to your boss, or even show up in the middle of your lesson and cause a huge scene in front of your students.

She could come home, see all her stuff on the street with the doors locked and go to the police and accuse you of rape.

Also, in Korea she could SUE you, yes take your money, as compensation for the time she spent in the relationship with you.

however, if you can find proof that you did in fact pay for rent and everyting, and she freeloaded off of you, then I'm sure the courts won't rule in her favor.

Anyways, there are a ton of ways she can mess up your life.

OP, the best thing you can do is find her family and tell them that they need to take her off your hands.

Truuust me, I learned the hard way. I've broken many hearts and I won't anymore.

As much as I would love to hook up regularly with the hotties I'm sourrounded by, which is so tempting and very easy, I refrain.

My advice to you would be to introduce her to some other desperate western sucker. Tell her that he is in love with her and that he has secretly loved her for a long time.

Tell her that she'll be much happier with him. Act like you are very happy for him and her and cry like a baby as she moves out and wish them both the best.

It worked for me.

LOL worked for me in the states too Wink

If you change the locks, she'll just call a locksmith and be back in in 10 minutes. If I can do it when I forget my keys...

Holy Crap - Are these truths and or has anybody heard or can confirm that these are a reality in Korea. This reads like a Steven King novel.

I'd hardly say it's the norm, but I know of a guy who got fired because of a (non existent?) pregnancy reported to his boss. In that particular case though, he was just as messed up as she was.
