I'm assuming they have one, I see they have a second hand section sometimes. Anyways, I bought a wireless router from them a week ago. I somehow managed to lose the receipt they gave me. I have all the original contents of the router including the box. Would it be possible to return it without a receipt? Store credit perhaps?

I once bought a pair of Nikes at Homeplus and the soles fell off after about 2 weeks. Even though they'd been worn and couldn't be resold, they still gave me a full refund. So they must have a fair return policy. I did have the receipt though.

Without the receipt it'll be difficult, but give it a shot. I've returned a few thing there, including a broken cart a day after I bought it. They're usually pretty good and they hate it when you make a scene. It causes them to lose face (but I wouldn't exploit that unless you really need to).

Good luck.
