Not sure about the price. That guy's services can get quite expensive though. |

Yeah. I don't want his service, I just want to buy some pills. |

I have no idea, my friend, but couldn't you consume in its natural form i.e. by drinking something like kefir? I could tell you where you could buy delicious kefir, if it interests you. That's how I get my probiotics. I drink that stuff every week, and I often buy several per week. If you live in Seoul you can make regular trips and buy the stuff. |

NutriBiotic has some good stuff you can order online. http://www.nutribiotic.com/
125mg capsules of Grapefruit seed extract once a day seem to kill off unwanted intestinal flora and rebalance your system. The last time I ordered it was $11.99 for 90 125mg capsules & had it sent to my PO box on Yongsan base so it may be a bit more if you have to have something sent to a Korean address. |

Clearly says they ship only to the US on their website. You probably got it because you're on a military base and many places consider that shipping to the US.

I'm much more likely to stick with a regiment if I can get it in pill form. |

There's a yogurt drink they sell in gas stations/groceries called 쾌변 (try looking that up in the dictionary -- they're not subtle with the name!) that supposedly has a bunch of probiotics. Can't say if it works though. I will tell you that hastily gulping one after a night of drinking and spicy food does not have an immediate soothing effect. |

Yeah those are hit and miss which is again why I prefer a quality pill. You can't really know how much bacteria is still alive and if someone left the yogurt sitting out somewhere. |
