Does anyone know what channel it'll be on tonight and what time it will be on?

Nope, but it is going to be awesome!

I'll look for it online when it's over.

If you have the Super Action channel, you might want to check that.

A fight between a big baseball player and a gigantic freak. The baseball player should take a tremendous pummelling.

Nah, if he can move and stay away from those sloppy punches, he'll be okay. Choi's a one trick pony in that he goes for the knee kicks all the time.

I'm pretty sure I saw a commercial saying it was on tonight at 9:30, but I not sure which station.

Japan may not do a lot of legit MMA anymore, but they have the freakshow fights covered.

But it's MMA, not K1. Once Choi grabs hold of him it should only be a matter of seconds.

Ah, okay. I thought it was a K1 fight. No, I think Canseco is going to get beat pretty badly. Unless, of course, it's fixed.

K-1 or no K-1, Canseco would get completely annihilated.

You can't seriously think a 'roid-free, 44-year old, washed-up baseball player would have a chance at getting through a straight up kickboxing match with a giant who also happens to be a professional fighter relatively welt free. I'll concede that Hong Man is pretty bad... but he's stood with some great guys (did some considerable damage to Fedor prior to the armbar finish).

On today's edition of MMAjunkie.com Radio, co-host [Frank] Trigg said he "called around" and was disappointed to learn Canseco has apparently done little in the way of preparing for his May 26 DREAM.9 bout with 7-foot-2 kickboxer Hong Man Choi. "He hasn't been doing anything," Trigg said. "Nothing. Nothing (MMA-related) for this fight. "He's running on a treadmill."

Laughing Oh Jose

So CHM is literally fighting 'some guy off the street'. Oh well, don't anyone tell the Koreans and it can still be a great national victory.

I'm watching the whole show (well the more interesting matches anyway) live right now on Justin tv's MMA channel. I got the link through officialtvsports.com as I'm a paid member, but you can probably get it on TVU.

Actually, the Choi-Canseco fight may have already happened. I just saw Mark Hunt (weighing close to 300 lbs) versus a bulked-up Armenian middleweight, and I think the announcer said that there have already been about five fights today (and I think I heard Choi and Canseco's names mentioned)

Yeah, it's over. If you don't want to know the result, don't do a Google search that takes you to mma.fanhouse.com

The fights are on XTM beginning at 9:00. (I was wrong about the time in my earlier post)
