sorry if this is already posted but i couldn't find anything similar so..

i'm in the process of applying for smoe and i need to write a lesson plan for any level (elementary etc) and it'd be a minimum of one page long.

i've no teaching experience so can anybody give me a hand here on how i should start off with writing this please! a template or something would be helpful.
