Does Korea have wireless internet - 3G or similar?

I am not talking about wifi, which only has a range of 100m or so from the router. I am talking about a USB dongle that actually has something like a cell phone built into it so that I can plug it into my notebook and travel out into the boonies (well, maybe) and still get internet access. If so, do they have a CF card version of this - for windows ppc 2003? How much is the service?
