My friend and I applied to SMOE about a week ago. We learned that we had just missed the deadline, but apparently the date had been pushed back and there was one recruiter willing to take our applications so we barely got in. Our phone interviews are for mid-July. However, after reading the forum, I'm a bit nervous that even with a great phone interview, we have a very slim chance of getting in. To make matters worse, we are Level H (only have Bachelor Degrees) and were told that SMOE mostly hires Level G (Masters or TEFL certification).

Can anyone shed any light?

i have a bachelor's and will have a cert by the august, but was rejected, no interview. i don't think that's necessarily the case, though. i'd suggest keeping your options open and sending out other applications just in case.
