I know very little about casein protein powders. I've only been using whey protein immediately after my workouts for the past two years but I want to try casein. (Trying to bulk up). I usually order from Mass119 and I found some products but I know very little about the brands and prices. Anyone want to make a suggestion of a product that found effective, tasty, and reasonably priced? I'm currently leaning towards the Gold Standard 100% Casein 4lbs bucket (cookies n cream flavor) for W65,800.

Also, do you generally drink 1 scoop at night and that's it? Or do you take two scoops at night or one at night and one in the morning? Is there a best method? I've been reading bodybuilding.com but they don't really account for the generally low-protein meals that are Korean public school lunches.

Any and all helpful comments are welcome. I usually got advice from workout buddies back home but that's tough to do these days.
