I'm getting documents together for March 2010.
A recruiter says all E2 documents should not be over 6 months old.
However, I have 1 photocopy of my degree.
It's was notarised by a notary public on 30 July 2008.
Will this date be OK? I'll get this 2008 photocopy apostilled in Nov 2009 (so the apostile (but not the photocopy) will be within the 6 months time-frame requirement. |

My understanding is that the CBC needs to be less than 6 months old. |

Yep. I know about the CBC. However, this is a photocopy of my university degree (which as notarised on 30 July 2008).
I'll be getting this degree photocopy apostilled soon (so the apostille will be within 6 months).
But can anyone tell me if immigration will accept a photocopy that was notarised 1 year ago (and apostilled within 6 months) ??? |

I don't see why not. Of course this is Korean Immi we are talking about. Still I think you will be safe with an older that 6 month copy of degree that is notarized. I think it is just CRC and Health checks that expired.
Transcripts I think ALSO DO NOT EXPIRE. |
