1. Yes, hence the practice of NET teaching alone in most classes.
2. No, what they talk is about is doing your school teaching/training at someplace else other than your school. If your summer camp went to excursion to nearby university or something, then you don't get paid extra.
3. That's just another word for over time.
4. Yes, it's the ball and chain that that'll prevent you from doing a runner.
