I LOVE making handmade, unusual jewelry. I've found a couple places to get stuff, but not much. Also, i'd love to take some kind of class in jewelry making here, or even just meet up with some other people who make jewelry. Anyone out there? Anyone out there who has never made jewelry who just wants to go out and give it a try for fun?

Also, any info about where to get sheet metal/beads/REAL WIRE (not alpha) would be lovely if anyone knows something.

Dongdaemun market (exit 8 I think...across the parking lot to the big store, top floor) has all sorts of beads for jewelry making. Namdaemun's mesa store in the basement has all the silver (and higher quality gemstones) you could ever want for jewelry making. I'm not sure about wire, though.

Art beads in the States is an excellent online store that will ship to Korea for about $13. www.artbeads.com

If you want something unique, you can get it at artbeads. Don't buy pearls there as they are way over priced. I can get a mitful of fresh water pearls for only $20 at Dongdaemun. Or you could just buy your supplies from me. I have waaaaay too much stuff. Smile

Goody Beads ships to Korea for $9 and is having a decent sale right now. It's a good place for interesting handblown glass beads.

ive never made jewelry but ive made other kinds of art and im terribly interested.

Oh wow I am surprised I am just finding this post I stopped making jewelry for awhile and I have so much stuff at home but I want to start making it again and was at a loss for places to go. Thanks for the help. Does anyone else know of any stores?
