As a SNU student it is required that you present a certficate showing that you have completed high school and/or university before you can be accepted. Usually, these documents have to be the original document. When I first registered at SNU, I gave them a High School & University certificate as part of my application - This was back in December. I recently asked them if I could get these documents back, and they said that it was impossible - and that it is clearly stated on their website that any documents entered are not returned. I find this inconsiderate and careless on their part - what is the big deal about returning a few pieces of paper, which are extremely important? Has anyone else had experiencing getting documents back from SNU? To me, it is borderline theft.
