I'm having many problems with my employer, which are below in another posting.
Anyway, here are my questions. My contract is not finished and I have a flight booked out of the country in a week or so. My employer knows I have this flight booked. Is there anything they can do to stop me from taking this flight or cashing in my pension before I leave? My pension is 12 months from a previous employer and 3 months from this employer.
Is there any problem or financial loss I could suffer if I just left?

Help would be greatly appreciated.

The employer can't do anything to prevent your pension refund. However, I hope you don't owe money for airfare or for any penalty clauses in your contract. Otherwise, the employer can file a claim and have you detained at the airport.

Why on earth did you tell the scumbag you are leaving? Out of shear spite, some employers have been known to claim false debts in order to have 'runners' detained and royally screw them around.

at present in my contract it says if I leave early I have to pay back a 300,000 move in allowance. I have given my employer 900,000 for a security deposit, so I assume that can cover the 300,000 plus outstanding bills.
My employer has not given me any airfare money. The reason my employer knows I have a flight booked is because I booked it back in April for vacation, and my employer was supposed to pay the return flight, which they now refuse to do. The story goes on and on.
I just want to make sure I can collect my pension and leave without notice, and suffer no repercussions.
