Well, Summer camps and co teaching!
I have 2 co teachers. With 1, we plan out the lessons or activities the day before, as I'm in school all day anyhow. This week I seem to be doing a day with 1 and the next day with the other co teacher.
Annoying as I can't really get into 1 group, but anyway. One of my co teachers comes in 5 mins before class starts and then leaves straight after, not even saying hi to me or discussing the next days activities so I go in the next day not having a clue what's going on. So she says 1 minute before camp starts do you wanna do any games or anything, like yeah I've planned out some things but I would have liked to discuss first.I did have a word the first day but nothing came of it. So we do my games or whatever but its so disorganised as I'm explaining to her first and then to class during class time.
Today as it's Friday I was meant to do half day with both. I finished with one camp and kids are watching a film. I'm meant to go to other teacher now but I'm staying put. I feel like I'm putting her out if I'm there and she has to accommodate me.Don't feel welcome, not that I care if i put her out but it makes me mad and i don't want any words said.
I hate co teaching. I asked for camps on my own but no..

Communication is the answer but what's the point , camp over today and normal curriculum classes are Ok. I think it's best to smile and nod.

Just needed to moan.....
