I really doubt that there will be much anarchy. Kim Jong-il is reliant on the NK military to maintain his regime. The NK army will quickly choose a successor upon Kim Jong-il's death, whether it's his chosen son or not...

IMO the biggest concern for civil strife would be if there were competing factions in the NK military, that could cause a civil war. But as long as the military remains united, don't count on anything happening.

I think Kim Jong-il's should have been killed along time ago.
