ok i'm mainly asking this because i have some vicodin leftover from getting my wisdom teeth pulled out. i threw the rx bottle away and placed whatever was leftover in my other bottle of midol filled with advil liquid gel pills. should i leave the vicodin behind or what? i've gone through domestic flights w/this w/o any probs but i'm not sure about intl. |

Honestly they are the slackest i have seen. They don't even scan your bags on the way in, I have never seen a sniffer dog, They don't check the duty free allowance (I had five bottles of liquor and double the tobacco limit).
They do however check your temperature |

if you dont have anything to declare they move you right through. they might however put your bag through a scanner. ive had all kinds of wacky shit in my bags and none of it made a difference. i carried a few bottles of ibuprofen in my checked baggage several times, and it was never a concern. vicodin, being a controlled substance... it doesnt look any different in a scanner anyway. just put anything goofy in your checked baggage. they have checked my carry on many more times. thought they saw somethign strange but turned out to be nothing.
good luck. worst case, they will throw it out. |

LOL... Last two times I've been through customs there (which doesn't even have a proper gate? More like a person standing there to collect your form that says you have nothing to declare ) the scanners weren't even turned on, lol...
ICN customs are a joke |
