My director gave it me to in a closed envelope.

Is it ok to open it to check she has written the letter properly, or do immi require it to be sealed.

Does anyone know what other info I need to transfer the E2 to the other uni, as they aren't exactly being forthcoming with information!

I don't know the answer to your question exactly...

My guess is that you should open the letter now to make sure it is what you need.

I doubt it has to remained sealed, because in Korea, unless things have changed much since I was last there, they use seals to authenticate documents. People have their own seal and businesses have their own. The stamp is the authentication required. |

				| It doesn't need to be sealed. I just took one of those into immigration last week, and they wanted to make sure I had it actually before I could get a number and wait. |
