My director gave it me to in a closed envelope.

Is it ok to open it to check she has written the letter properly, or do immi require it to be sealed.

Does anyone know what other info I need to transfer the E2 to the other uni, as they aren't exactly being forthcoming with information!

Cheers

I don't know the answer to your question exactly...

My guess is that you should open the letter now to make sure it is what you need.

I doubt it has to remained sealed, because in Korea, unless things have changed much since I was last there, they use seals to authenticate documents. People have their own seal and businesses have their own. The stamp is the authentication required.

It doesn't need to be sealed. I just took one of those into immigration last week, and they wanted to make sure I had it actually before I could get a number and wait.
