First it was the adjoshie style bowl-cut causing irreversible harm to my fragile self-esteem.
Now my jeans. Newly ordered from amazon... worn for the first time today. 501 levis... my regular...the only jean that seems to fit. But the pair i ordered is button up.
Somehow i have managed to progess from a bald baby to a balding twit without ever having to wear a button up fly.... zips were invented for a reason.
The reason for my plummeting ego is my self-question every time i need to answer a call of nature (which is pretty often due to my excessive coffee habits) : 'Does everybody have such a damn struggle to release them themselves from a button fly, or am i the only one who has to gyrate and grope and tug just to get a bit of exposure?'
Bloody hell God, what the hell did I do to YOU?!?!? |

Whatever "designer" thought button up flies were a good idea should be shot! I got a pair of jeans once which were button up (I didn't notice when I got them), I couldn't deal with it. I took them to a tailor and had them replace the fly. |

They're good, I say. No chance of zipping off your **** in a fit of drunken carelessness. |

I can handle the button fly, but the button boxer short...
For some reason when I involuntarily button my boxers while getting dressed I ALWAYS end up getting drunk and having to mess with those things while holding in 80 ozs of beer. |

I'm just glad I don't have to wear a bra every day. These women are mighty strange creatures and do act a tad silly on occasion..... but give 'em credit when it's due- they have my respect for being able to connect those little hook things behind their back..... |

the real talent is being able to unhook the bra without looking using only one hand. |

fyi op. levi 501's have ALWAYS been button fly. so the other "501"s u have had in the past were not 501s.
and is it really that hard to unbutton ur jeans? just tug on one side and they all should come off. |

ummmmmmmmmm..... no they haven't...
I've since found out that the button fly is the original standard but the zip option has been around since.... well..... zips were invented...
As the furry rodent above said...yeah maybe they're not fully broken in yet. Still think the zip is the better option however....
BTW mole, where the hell ya been? |
