My wife found these for me.

You must be able to read and type in Korean to use these sites, but prices are good. Also, there is absolutely no hassle with customs and it is delivered to your door. You will need a credit card and your ARC ID.

No way am I going to pay high prices for a Korean-made protein powder copy at the gym. I just ordered 60lbs. of Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein for Won 592,000 or $473 which is almost the same prive I pay on e-bay back home. That will last me about 6 months.

Now if I could do something to lower my food bill here.........

http://www.speedns.com/

http://mass119.com/

BTW, I finally met a national level Korean female bodybuilder with a sucessful professional business career. It made me proud.

Here you go. These women are all dedicated athletes who have put years of effort and determination into their physiques. But, I guess you have to be a bodybuilder in order to appreciate other bodybuilders.

I've been usuing bodybuilding.com for a year no. Very little problems, if any. Usually, just as I'm about to run out of protein, and I havent ordered anything else, bb.com usually sends me a coupon to "come back". Knocks the price down about 10% or so. So I usually score a 10lb jug for like $50 (after shipping).

I use Optimun Gold as well. Thinking about making the switch to Synthax (by BSN) anyone used that?

Don't order from Mass119. I ordered from them on August 5th, and paid that day too. I still haven't received the protein. The messages I've left have gone unanswered save for a few, where they've just said "we have no record of your order." There are many other messages of this kind on the site, so it's not just me. Oh, and I've tried calling, but the calls I've made have gone unanswered.

I've filed an official complaint with the government, which will take time of course. Apparently SpeedNS is the same company, so be wary!

It's like night a day man. My upper body is twice what it used to be. I can't tell you how much weight I've added. Actually my weight might be the same as it was before. I think I've had an equal trade off of fat loss adn muscle gain to where they cancel each other as far as actual weight.

Weight isn't as important as your BMI. I know when I started, my muscle percentage was in the low end of the average range. I just had another one done, and I was a solid 15% or 20% above the high end of average. So, well over average in terms of muscle mass. Fat... well... still working on that, haha.

Remember, 85% of a body transformation, no matter what your goal is, is what you eat. Food is the most important part. That's why they're called supplements. They're mean to supplement a diet, no be the diet. Take your protein. Same number of grams as your weight in pounds a day on lifting days (i.e. im 207, so on workout days i take 207 grams of protein).. On off days, take AT LEAST your weight in grams but you should certainly be adding much more. Your days off is when your body is rebuilding the muscle, so protein then is much more important than your workout days.

If your'e a scrawny guy, get on some creatine. Don't be fooled by flashy names and expensive prices. All creatine is the same. Go for the half gallon tub you can get on bodybuilding.com for twenty bucks. Take 5 grams a day, but be sure to cycle off it ever 12 weeks or so (liver issues). The creatine forces water to be pumped into the muscle, therefor making it temporarily stronger, and thus allowing you to lift more, and that means tearing apart more muscle tissue to be rebuild later.

Don't get caught up in weight gainers. Total joke. Just eat lots, I mean a lot, of veg, lean chicken, fruits, grains, nuts, and lean steak or beaf. If your'e a big guy trying to add muscle eat 3 big meals and 2 snacks a day. If your'e a little guy trying to get big eat 6 or 8 big meals a day. Seriously. If you don't, while exercising, your body will just start eating at your muscle tissue for energy. Every two hours, put something in your mouth, lol.

My 27 kilograms of whey protein arrived... no customs, no hassle and only 3 days delivery:)

What does years of proper nutrition, training and rest do? Here is a photostory of my 3rd place heavyweight win at the 2008 Southern China and Hong Kong Bodybuilding Championships.

I will be back next year looking harder, leaner and bigger to compete in Seoul.
