Got it in 2006, was arrested, but not convicted. Ended up dismissed.
Will I get the visa? |

Get a criminal background check and see what it says.
If it is on it, most likely no. If not, you're fine.
If it is on it, check to see if you have any means of having it removed from the record. |

| I had the same thing on my record. I got a VISA so I wouldn't worry about it. |
