I once bought a can of tuna at Emart and it was white. (Not sure if it was albacore) Why don't you just grab a staff there and ask if there's any 'White Tuna'

or, if you have a close korean friend -

The expensive green can. This means it is in olive oil also with no peppers or other stuff.

Any reason why only white albacore will do?
Just buy any kind of tuna and cook it, it turns white. Tastes much much better too.

Tuna is great, when it's canned in water. Which I have yet to find in Korea.
