Why can't you bring them to an animal shelter??
Your picture links aren't working! I want to see them, we might be interested, but please do try the cat shelter in itaewon! we are in gyeongbuk province so it's kind of far! |

animal shelters are great as an absolute last resort, of course.
But when people read "they can go to an animal shelter" it thwarts the drive to get them homes. Life of a cat in an animal shelter is crap - overcrowding, terrible diet (cheap cat food), and decreased chance of older cats to get homes.
So let's ignore the animal shelter option for now |

Actually Nabiya cat shelter is nothing like the above poster said.
I don't know why people make those kinds of comments when they don't have first hand knowledge of the place and so make some generalisations
The cats at Nabiya shelter live in a big 3 bedroom apartment and volunteers come at least twice a day to fed, clean litter and play with the kitties It's a no kill shelter
Check out the Nabiya cat shelter group on Facebook for more info and photos etc.............
And they are very strict about adoptions and finding PERMANENT homes.
They are not into letting people adopts cats who will leave it behind when they leave Korea. |
