|

So I'm in the market for a desktop, and getting it at Yongsan seems like a decent idea. Here's the minimum specs I'm trying to find:
-6GB DDR2 ram (Doesn't have to be corsair dominator, but it would be nice)
- Pentium Quad Core @ 2.1 ghz or higher
-At least an ATI Radeon 4850 HD Toxic
-A mobo that can support at least 8 GB ram
-300-750 gb HD
-64-bit vista (English)
-A nice mid-tower case with sufficient cooling and PSU
I prefer single card solutions so I don't want any SLI set-ups. I will also be plugging it into a 42" HDTV so no need for a monitor.
Anyone know how much something like that would run me, or have any good set-ups they can suggest?
My price limit is going to be 1.2 million won so let me know what I can do with it. Thanks in advance. |

Should be pretty easy to hit that price point. I did a little calculation on a PC upgrade and came up with 1.3 million. That would be a i5 processor, 4 gigs of G Skill DDR 3 RAM, and a ATI 4890. You should be able to get 6 gig DDR 2 setup with 4850 for less. |

Would you say that computers in general are less expensive in Korea than Canada and US? |
