I wonder in the future how many job applicants wll even hear about this SMOE issue. A friend told me that he got an email from a recruiter advertising SMOE jobs a week ago . . . he emailed the recruiter back to ask if he'll actually get a job if he's promised one. That's a valid point future applicants have to ask.

SMOE really needs to come out and address this issue, not hope it goes away, and NOT blame it on unreliable foreign teachers.
