Is yongsan electronics market any good for small household appliances such as a toaster, microwave, kettle etc. or is better to go to homeplus?

I live near yongsan and have a vehicle so yongsan is really easy for me to go to. is the price/selection better at yongasn or homeplus? i find emart isn't great for these things although i havent checked out lottemart.

cheers in advance

I wouldn't visit Yongsan for household appliances Smile

Gmarket for price/selection

Homeplus/Emart etc. for speed. They have websites, too, if you want to compare prices and such beforehand.

I think you mean HiMart.
Homeplus has all kinds of things. HiMart specializes in appliances/computers/cameras/etc.
As the above poster said, check the internet first to get the best deal

For small household appliances, I'd say there would be little to no difference between any of the supermarkets or Hi-mart.

You might get old models by no-name Chinese brands pretty cheap in Yongsan if you hoke around in the more 'flavorful' areas.

Basically, if I wanted a kettle or a toaster, I'd just go to the nearest supermarket and get whichever one I liked the look of. You might see kettle's in E-mart ranging from 15,000 to 150,000.....pick the price level you want.
