Has anyone heard if immigraton is planning to do the rounds of Itaewon? A friend of mine was hassled last week (he plays in a band in one of the bars) by some suits who came in and asked whether he had an entertainer's visa (never heard of it). I'm doing some stuff up there at the moment on a part-time (yep, no visa) basis and am on an E2. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks. |

an e-6 visa is an entertainment visa... its required if the person makes money in entertainment... if there is no money swapping hands all sweet |

If you have an E2 visa it is illegal for you to take money for anything other than your job. If you have to, trade musical entertainment for food or a new computer.... |
