is it possible to get a police clearance notorized/appostiled t the british embassy seoul?

You can get your police check attested to at the British Embassy. This form of certification is accepted by Korean Immigration. http://ukinkorea.fco.gov.uk/en/help-for-british-nationals/living-in-korea/our-service-fees
