| If a couple is married and one originally comes on a spousal visa (but is in all aspects qualified to teach), will the spouse be required to return to the home country for an interview if they decide to get their own work visa later? |

| Yes... if they've never had an E-1, E-2 or E-3 before; or they have a history of 'law breaking' on a previous visa; or they don't get their education level verified by the KCUE. |
