Not to offend the OP, but I do think (from some of the threads here) that some noobs might actually have a difficult time with that test. $100 extra for the tutor option which practically guarantees a passing test seems worth it for them.

But yes, it is true that most of it is just paraphrasing what's in the information. I think you're supposed to be "on your honor" or something not to look at the material while taking the test. Twisted Evil

No, I'm not offended at all. I was seriously contemplating the tutor option to make my life simpler because I wasn't sure what format the final exam was nor how the course was like. However, I'm frugal and hate wasting time so I went with the no tutor option and am glad I did because it is basic, mindless work so far. I have a teaching degree from here in the States so all of this material is just review for me.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. Yeah, I guess having this cert. is pretty meaningless, but for the sake of an extra couple of hundred (U.S.) dollars a month, I say it is very much WORTH IT!!

I went with the same course but with the tutor support. It seems like it was a bit of a waste though... all the tutor says is "nice teaching ideas" and "well done" ... except for unit 10 I made a mess of that one Razz

Anyone have the completed units they'd like to provide so I can get back to playing online poker instead of filling out these worksheets? Very Happy

1. In 99% of cases, no. But it will look good on your resume, so you might get a slightly better job, or pick of more jobs.

2. Don't settle for less than 100 hours on the certificate. Anything less won't get you the public school pay raise.
