Average Koreans wouldn't have understood what they were talking about. They were shouting in Japanese, placards were in Japanese. Nothing said or written in Korean or English. It's like the Skype caller I got from USA, he wrote in two word sentences and tried to convert me to islam.

What a stupid thing to demonstrate about; would someone just take this issue to an int'l arbitration court and get it over with? |

What kind of void do you have to have in your personal life to make standing out in smoggy weather shouting nonsense at innocent tourists a Saturday morning priority? |

Are you sure this is about Dokdo? I don't speak Japanese. It could be about something else. |

You're correct, this is not about Dokdo. It is about Koreans claiming the island of Tsusima as Korean.
The link below shows more videos, including those of Koreans behaving badly.

I have one. It's called Britain. Muslims are trying to claim it as theirs...

Here's another interesting link:

But hey, lets just give the Japanese Dokdo because whats done in the past is the past right? There's no reason the Koreans or Chinese should have any ill will towards them. |

These rude customers are not available in Korea, there are plenty of them everywhere. Japanese customers can be very noisy too. Not too mentioned Chinese folks.
So, banning people just based on ethnic/national origin just because of rudeness is asking for more trouble.
Well, I've seen similar signs before, like 'No Blacks' from 1960s of America and 1980s of South Africa.
This clearly show Japan is backward country as much as korea. |
