| Domino's Pizza has had English delivery service via phone since I got here in 2004. You might get put on hold for 10 seconds or so, but there's always someone there to help and once your address is on file it's a breeze. |

I hope more companies will start having English-language delivery websites.

You do know there is a way around this, don't you? If you like pizza or chicken or whatever from a local mom & pop shop and don't speak Korean well enough to order on the phone....
Just drop by the shop, smile a bit, and then write your name and address (copied from the back of your ARC). Give them your name. They understand that you don't speak Korean (obviously) and will keep your name and address on file. All you have to do after that is call and say, "X im-need-a. Whatever joo-say-yo." And twenty minutes or so later a scooter will pull up in front of your building with your order. |
Thats what I do if I like a dish at a place I go there and sit on the back of the scooter and show them my place. After that if I want some food I just ring up and say my buildings name. |

Dominoes pizza has had a person who speaks English at their hotline for years. This is nothing new.
If you want to order something and have an advertisement, bring it to your buildings security guard or go to a shop or something nearby and ask them to call for you.
I ordered a Dominoes pizza a few months ago (vegetarian too!), and I puked off of it. I still can't stomach the idea of eating a Dominoes pizza. |

| Just tried to order online, seems like they require you to pay by credit card, and you can only do so by downloading some Korean program called Inipay, and installing it is all in Korean, and then you have to pay some sort of test fee of 1,000 won, but I'm not totally sure. Confusing, takes too long, I give up. I'm just gonna call!! |
This. I almost starved to death the night I decided I would try out Domino's English online delivery ordering service. |

I couldn't get past the credit card input, always got some sort of error message and couldn't order a few times. Then I decided to click on a different credit card and voila, they all worked save the friggen one I have (KB). Anyone else try clicking KB card and getting rejected? Anyway, iffin I want a pie from the Dom I'll simply order and pick-up to save 20%.
-->isn't only the first online order that you get 20% off if done within the alloted time?
-->"2. An-yon-ha-say-yo, Way-Goo-Gin." Haro, you foreinger.
-->no test fee of 1,000--think that's only for practice, no?
-->English speaking rep does not = English Website |

| I tried to enter my address, but my "dong" wasn't listed (however the ones on each side of me were). Maybe they don't deliver here, but that's really strange, because there's always fliers stuck on my door for Domino's... |

I'm with you on that one. The taste compares well with places that cost three or four times as much.
As I noted before, Dominos Pizzas = Expensive |

I'm confused. I think I just ordered Dominos online, and I did the IniPay and everything... When I clicked "finish", the page said "you have no items". Also, when I selected "recent items" on the page, it said "you ordered no pizza." But I'm pretty sure it took my money...
Do you guys think there's a pizza coming? I'd hate to re-order. |

Great that they spent the time and money to make an English version - means that the ex-pat crowd loves Dominos. Too bad it doesn't work perfectly with Firefox...oh well can't expect everything. |

| I spent 2 hrs trying to get it to work one evening. Eventually I gave up and just went to a chicken place down the street but I really wanted pizza! I kept getting an error everytime I put in my credit card. |
