I take 1 Biotin 5000 MCG vitamin and 2 Saw Palmetto 450 MG vitamins every day. Does anyone know if they sell these in Korea? I am pretty sure they do since they are so universal, however are the labels in English if anyone has seen them?
Also, I was thinking of coming to South Korea with atleast 3 bottles of each just to be on the safe side until I find a good way to get them being over there. Would i have a problem at customs bringing 6 or 7 bottles of un opened supplements with me? |

Hi there,
Go to www.iherb.com. I get all my supplements from there and have never had a problem. The shipping is $6 to Korea if you order around a kg. There is a $10 shipping option with a Korean courier where you get a tracking number) for peace of mind, but I have never used this, and my supplements always arrive every month - some have arrived in 4 or 5 days, others take around 2 weeks.
I don't think you'd have a problem bringing 3 bottles of each with you (just be sure to put them in your check-in luggage, and the worst they can do is confiscate them when you arrive. |

I have never had any problems bringing 30-40 bottles of supplements, OTC and Rx medications to Korea in my checked luggage. Even though people on here have made me really paranoid. |
