Ok I just arrived in Seoul (yong-in area) and I don't know really know anyone. I'm the only foreigner at my hagwon and while they're are nice, it gets a bit lonely when your the only foreigner. It would be nice to meet some other foreigners to hang out and chill. What is the best way? I tried craigslist in seoul but that's more geared to relationships. I just want to meet people and make friends. What is the best way? Any advice? Thanks |

Go to Itaewon tonight or tomorrow night. Try the Wolfhound Pub. Are you a social person? You would have a hard time not meeting people there around 11-12pm. The joint is filled with teachers. Pretty popular place.
Directions:
The Wolfhound is near the Itaewon Subway Station. From the station walk down the street ACROSS from the Hamilton Hotel and go down the first alley on your right. We are about 20 meters down on the right on the 2nd and 3rd floors. If you are still confused call 011-295-4551 or 02-749-7971.

If your not looking for the drinking situation, try meetup.com It's a great site where people make groups and events, and you go based on your intrests. Lots of fun. |
