My internet is mostly decent, but html appears to be really slow. Websites take forever to load and links take forever to open. Many sites will time out, and some sites just stop loading and say "done" when I try to open them.
I'm not behind a router. I'm plugged directly into the cable modem. My only idea is that some port is being slowed throttled or blocked, but I have no idea how to address this. Torrents download up to 1M/second, so it's not the overall bandwidth that's the problem.
Any ideas about why my internet is so insane? |

That's weird. Sounds like some kind of virus. What browser are you using? try Google's Chrome. |
