Is he quoting what others say about him? Seems like he does the exact same thing.

While I don't agree with many things Rush says, I think he has a point. I watched the Today show interview and the female anchor was laughing and poking fun at Limbaugh saying he was "really out there" of course the same people are usually totally silent when someone like Alec Baldwin publicly states that people should take their political opponents out and beat them up with baseball bats. All's fair in politics but please lets not have a double standard.

I have never been a fan of the argument....but such and so on the left is doing the same thing.....Yeah, I know Alec Baldwin is a windbag, so is John Cussak, Micheal Moore too. HOWEVER, none of that excuses Rush for being a race baiting jackass. He and his ilk should have been driven off the air long ago.

Oh, they're listening to him. The NFL owners don't want him buying the Rams because of his divisive comments. Neither do the players. That's gotta bite.

He's got 'em shook up though:

Quote:
The St Louis Caspers - all-white players, coaches, staff, cheerleaders, fans and, most importantly, vendors. It's time! God love Rush.

Quote:
LOL they will play... their contracts say they will and they will

Quote:
Look at it this way, maybe Rush will let the team into his OxyContin stash.

Quote:
What's the difference between Rush and the Hindenburg? One is a flaming, gas-filled, Nazi airbag and the other was a blimp that burned in NJ during the 1930s.

I'm not putting forward the arguement that two wrongs make a right. I'm saying that most of the press gieves passes to dems when they do what Limbaugh does. Race baiters? Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are two of the biggest in the world's history. They just do it from what most leberal minds think is a politically correct standpoint. No one should be driven off the air by anyone other than ther fans base through a lack of interest. Limbaugh is still the most successful radio show host with a fan base of over 20 million listeners. Michael Moore, Baldwin, or whover should be allowed to say whatever they want to I'm only asking that the pundits apply the same standards to those beholden to them as they do to people like Rush Limbaugh whom they don't like. The problem with the politicla atmosphere in AMerica is not the politicians, it's the press.

I find it interesting how Conservative talk radio hosts are very popular and successful. They have been for many years. Whereas liberal hosts..... where are they now?

A lot of liberals listen to Rush. I'm sure they don't agree with what he has to say, but they listen to him.

Mr. Limbaugh has every right to say what he says. His millions of listeners from all over the country also have every right to tune into his station.

Personally, I find Limbaugh to be pompous and arrogant, two qualities that I do not admire in a political and cultural commentator.

If the media has a problem with Limbaugh and Beck, then they should ignore them. The free press isn't helping their crusade against the all ready wildly successful Conservative talk show.
